नहीं जिया जाता इस हकीकत के शहर में
मुझे मेरी ख्यालो की दुनिया चाहिए
जहा बिना किसी डिग्री के में मनचाहे वो बन जाती
में प्लेन उड़ाती, में ही कागज़ की नौका भी चलाती
एक ऐसी कहानी हो अंत में जीत अच्छाई की हो
ये ज़िन्दगी की कहानी तो कभी ख़तम ही नहीं होती
ये बहुरूपी चेहरों का सहवास सहा नहीं जाता
इस हकीकत की दुनिया में जिया नहीं जाता
एक जलक के लिए घंटो इंतज़ार करना
उसका सामने देखते ही पागलो की तरह मुस्कुराना
किसी की कही एक बात हज़ारो दफा दोहराना
ये जिस्मानी मोहोब्बत का रिवाज निभाया नहीं जाता
इस हकीकत की दुनिया में जिया नहीं जाता
मेरी दुनिया में आज भी नन्ही परिया रहती है
सपने सजाती है कहानिया बुनती है
मेरी दुनिया में कही पे जाने के लिए वीसा नहीं लगता

किसी और के साथ उसका सुखी संसार नहीं होता
छोड़ए हकीकत में तो ख्यालो वाला प्यार ही नहीं होता
हकीकत ही असल छलावा है,ये सपने ही तो है मेरी हकीकत
जब थक जाती हूँ इन बेमतलब की बातो से
सो जाती हूँ खो जाती हूँ मेरी दुनिया में
जहा मिलती हु खुद से जहा आज भी एक कहानी है
दो किरदार है, परिया है, जादू है ना सोने पे आते भुत है
जहा में नायाब हूँ जहा मैं सिर्फ मैं हूँ
