लोग नई पौध लाते
नर्सरी वाले से
हजार बात पूछते हैं,
पानी कितना ,
खाद कब कब,
मौसम के हिसाब से देना,
धूप नहीं आती है,
इंडोर रखनी है,
बागीचे की मिट्टी रेतीली है ,
गमले की पथरीली है ,
चल तो जाएगी न पौध ?
और एक स्त्री को जब ब्याहकर लाते हैं,
न तो जमीन से उखाड़कर
देने वाला ज्यादा कुछ सोचता,
न ही अपनी जमीन पर
लाकर रोपने वाला कुछ पूछता,
जाहिर सी बात है ,
ये भी क्या पूछने वाली बात है ?
उसे बिन धूप, जमीन पकड़ना होगा
खाद मिट्टी न भी हो तो सहना होगा
लगने लगें जड़े जब सूखी
खुद पानी बनकर लगना होगा
मौसम कोई आए जाए
