Depression is real. Anxiety is real. Please don't ignore your mental health open up about your feelings to your family , friends . Please don't be afraid of people's judgments. However though life must seem there's always way to heel your self and move forward. You may feel lonely and misunderstood. you may questions the very purpose to on your life you may feel unloved and may not find anything to love about. These feelings are okay .just don't keep them withing yourself. Talk about it . Take professional help . Give time to yourself. Cry , grieve but please dont give up. I beg you to take life one day at a time .. not for you not for your depression but for your family for your MAA for your DAD for who loves you .. 🙌🙏🙏🙏
