It was a cool summer morning .Amy had just returned from college.
"Amy come here ,see I have bought a new suit for your farewell party.You will look a real princess in this dress",Amy's mother was more excited than Amy for her party.
"I will see it later mummy,please don't disturb me.",Amy replied little rudely.
Amy was busy chatting with her friend on phone and it seemed to her that her mother is disturbing her.
Actually Amy was in love with a person who was hardly interested in her.So Amy was always busy thinking of how to impress him.
Months and years passed by and Amy did not pay a heed to her mother's words of wisdom.She was so engrossed in her so called platonic love that she couldn't see the years fly by and one day when she started thinking of getting settled in life,she found noneby her side.
Now It was only her mother who could help her come out of that shock.
"Amy,don't worry ,to err is human ",but you can always start fresh.
Amy's siblings and friends had left her long back and now Amy was unable to gather strength to mend the relations..
Amy was so depressed that now even her mother's friendly advice couldn't help her.Though Amy had realised her mistake but it was too late .
Years passed by and the guilt killed Amy's enthusiasm for life.
