Happy Mother's Day...(Stories in 100 words)
Kaustubh, sixth-grader, was holding in his small, tender hands, a handmade greeting card of chart paper, with zigzag borders, hand-cut colorful stars stuck unevenly, a little glitter sprinkled inside of it, adorned with cursive handwriting, declaring “Happy Mother’s Day!! love you so much !”. Getting out of school van, he sprinted towards home. Throwing his school bag on the couch, he entered his room.

Standing near his bed, panting, he said, “Mamma…this is for you.” Smilingly, he kissed her forehead with all the love he could humanly gather. His smiling mother: a framed photo on his nightstand.
